Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping tracking number via email. You can track the real-time delivery status of your order directly on the respective carrier’s website.
VII. Shipping Issues
We will make every effort to assist you in resolving the following situations:
Delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user;
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages;
Undeliverable or returned packages.
Please note that any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the user shall be borne by the user.
VIII. Receipt and Liability
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, our delivery liability is considered fulfilled. If you have not received your package despite it being marked as delivered, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in communicating with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
IX. Force Majeure
We shall not be held directly liable for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other uncontrollable factors (Force Majeure events); however, we will make every effort to provide support and keep you updated on the situation.
