RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

I. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item(s). Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted (unless the item has a quality defect).
II. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition;
The packaging must be intact (including shoe boxes, accessories, etc.);
The item(s) must be in a condition suitable for resale;
You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
If the item(s) have quality defects or if the wrong item was shipped, we will assume full responsibility.
III. Return Process
Contact Customer Service (tameraflowers@tamera.online) to submit a return request;
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a return confirmation and relevant instructions;
Ship the item(s) back to the designated address as instructed;
We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

V. Refund Details
Once the returned item(s) have been inspected and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days;
The refund will be credited back to your original payment account;
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider;
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect.
VI. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs incurred for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, dislike of style) shall be borne by the buyer;
Return shipping costs incurred due to quality defects or shipping errors shall be borne by us.
VII. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable”;
Items that show signs of artificial damage or obvious signs of use.
VIII. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchange services. If you wish to exchange the size or style, please first request a return and place a new order.
